How to order

1. Select the product you want to buy and click ‘add to quote.’ Your ‘quote list’ will contain all the items you select. It is accessible via the navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Once you have selected your chosen products, click through to your quote list and select the quantity of each product.
3. Click ‘submit for quotation’ and populate the form with your details to confirm your order.

Payment

We accept all major credit & debit cards, or for faster clearance, a direct transfer to our bank account.

Delivery & Installation

Unless stated otherwise, all prices exclude VAT, customs duties, and delivery & installation services.

Please ask for a quote for delivery and installation. Prices depend on distance, volume, and time on the Site. If a delivery or installation details change, quoted prices may alter.

Delivery lead time is typically 4 to 6 weeks from payment receipt, although suppliers’ holidays and order-specific administration (such as despatching leather or fabric) can extend this. Expected delivery dates will be indicated at the point of purchase, and we will confirm them as soon as your order is coordinated.

QuickShip deliveries will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving a confirmed order and cleared funds. Stock levels can vary and are season-dependent.

We deliver worldwide by land, air, or sea to your business premises or warehouse. 

If the order is more urgent, we will endeavour to help you meet your requirements; some items can be fast tracked to reduce delivery times, so please get in touch with our sales team.

All orders incur a carriage charge based on your delivery location. Everything is wrapped, protected, boxed, and/or safely palletized for kerbside delivery. If needed, our products will include full assembly instructions on all fixtures, so there are no surprises!

Installation Service

We can provide a complete delivery and installation service at an hourly cost. This eliminates the concern of constructing the furniture, laying the product out, or disposing of the packaging.

Based on the size of your order and your time frame, we can even arrange for your venue to be ready to trade the same day! If you have a delay, don’t worry; we can store your furniture in our dedicated warehouse.

Extra charges resulting from changes to delivery & installation arrangements with less than 48 hours’ notice, problematic site access, and difficult parking conditions will have to be paid for in full.

Customers are responsible for checking the goods at the time of delivery. Damaged or missing goods must be noted on the delivery paperwork or within 24 hours. The Contract Furniture Store Ltd. will not be held responsible after this time.

Terms & Conditions

We are trade only.

By accessing or using this Site or placing an order through our Site, you agree to accept all the Terms and Conditions and have agreed with Contract Furniture Store Ltd. governing your use of our Site.

In addition, when you use any current or future Contract Furniture Store Ltd. service(s) and/or product(s), you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service(s) or business, including the Privacy Policy, which sets out how the Contract Furniture Store Ltd. will use personal information you provide or will provide us. If there is any conflict between the Privacy Policy and these Terms, then the Terms will prevail.

Our Trade Minimum order value is £2,000 excluding VAT, although we will accept a lower order value with a surcharge in some circumstances.

Unless otherwise agreed, we require a 100% deposit to progress an order.
If Contract Furniture Store Ltd incurs costs, alterations or cancellations made more than two business days after an order is placed, must be paid in full.

We offer a standard one-year guarantee against manufacturing faults on all products. Depending on the manufacturer, this is extended to five years for many products; this does not affect your statutory rights.
Many of our suppliers offer European CATAS certification on their products, which is available on request and demonstrates certified quality standards.

Any practices that deviate from our supplier’s approved specifications or guidelines will declare any warranty null and void.
